We have 15 highly trained service technicians spread throughout Devon, Somerset, Cornwall and Dorset, all of whom carry laptops for maintenance purposes and use PDAs to keep in close contact with the office. All Concorde technicians receive a minimum of 20 days training in each year to ensure they are capable of providing the highest level of service. Regular sessions for assessments are undertaken through feed-back from our clients. In any emergency, you can be assured that wherever you are in the South West (Devon, Somerset, Cornwall and Dorset), one of our technicians will be with you very quickly.
