Facsimile - Fax Machines
We have access to a huge range of fax machines by many manufacturers from compact, entry level units to very fast powerful systems with all the latest features to give P.C, faxing, stamping function, ISDN compatibility, etc.
However, fax is now becoming much more widely available as an "add on" to a photocopier which is worthy of serious consideration.
For volume work you can have a photocopier document feeder handling the originals which is a great advantage straight away, as it is designed to efficiently feed large quantities of paper.
Even at the lower end of the range there are tangible advantages in having the photocopier acting as a fax as well. You can fax direct from the P.C, have confidentiality modes set in for security and the copier based fax is much cheaper to run than stand alone products.
