Colour Photocopiers/Scanners
We have access to the colour photocopier range of more than one manufacturer which gives us a significant amount of flexibility when we are choosing and recommending a colour system for a customer.
This area of the market is however not always as clearly defined as we may wish it to be, given that the distinction between colour photocopiers (All with incorporated scanners & hard discs drives) and the more powerful colour laser printers has become blurred.
There is also the added complication of several manufacturers producing ranges of 'colour capable' copiers which are all too often oversold, as in essence they are a black/white copier with a colour facility added and are designed to only produce a small amount of their overall output in colour.
They are cheaper to buy than a full colour copier but slower and more expensive to run and prove to be very unreliable if overused.
In broad terms the more you pay for a colour product the lower you can expect running costs to be but it is well worth speaking to one of our team before making the decision, as by talking through with you what it is you wish to achieve, we can ensure you install the correct piece of equipment.
